In essence, I specialize in effective problem-solving across all life domains and am dedicated to serving the wellbeing of seniors through one-on-one coaching, counseling, and group facilitation.

The post-retirement stage can be a profoundly beautiful time - one that signifies a pivotal shift in our needs and perspectives. It can also present many challenges, with a sense of loss - of identity, routine, and connection, as well as personal loss, like death, divorce, and other significant life changes. These transitions can leave us feeling anxious and drained, sometimes leading to depression and other issues.

I would be happy to provide the help you need to thrive in life again - whatever that looks like for you. That may be figuring out ways to share the amazing knowledge and skills you accrued over your career, helping support you or a loved one who is ill, or planning a trip around the world.
